For food safety testing to deliver value it must be fast and reliable.  CapWave Sensors combines the speed of portable testing with the sensitivity and accuracy of the lab.

Each component of CapWave's Searchlight^TM biosensor immunoassay platform is designed to optimize sensitivity. High sensitivity at 0.1 pg/mL accelerates testing time, cutting the sample prep to 8-12 hours and then delivering results in 22 minutes or less.  Searchlight is easy to use and only requires minimal training.

Initial plans for the Searchlight test device include assay tests for E. coli, salmonella, listeria and campylobacter.
